    I'm still going to watch this video however. I must tell you that the scenery behind you is horrible. You could probably get a better pilates workout by going out there and fixing your landscape. Then resume the Pilates. I don't mean to come off as being so rude, but it was the first thing that caught my eye

    Hi , I went on a course , they couldn't show me how to do the foot work , the pedal was on the floor when I put my foot on it, it wasn't going up or down, no full range of movement, just my foot on the pedals on the floor.I thought I must be very heavy 😂.
